I am interested in talking to other website forum owners about posting messages on forums. The deal would be that we would gather a group of forum owners together and exchange message postings. What this means is that I will join your website and post X number of messages and you would join my forum and post the same number of X messages. If everyone does this and tells their friends to do the same and we match member for member message for message our forums can grow quick. Post here or PM me if you are intersted. My only question: everyoneone knows of every topic to put nice post on any kind of forum? Hope you understand my question, but i repeat it is a good idea for forum grow.

I like the idea, having active boards i the early stages is key for getting visitors to sign up.

Would it be possible to take this to the next level?

What I mean is form a site that is devoted to the fledgling forums that categorizes the different forums; Political, Finance, Luxury Cars, etc.

Then people can go to a central site and access the forums of their choosing.

A network of forums if you will. It would be much easier to tell your friends to go to one site, than tell them 6 different sites. Hell, you could even make a widget that shows you are a member of the network and on and on and on.

I have a new forum too and would be interested, but I think someone ambitious needs to create this central operation center. Let me know.

A master of master forums wouldn't work in my opinion, people like forums because they are specific for their taste.

For forum owners, forumshock.com could help get your forum off the ground. The owner seems cool and is a member at another forum i frequent.

I just launched the Wall Street 2.0 Message Boards , and am looking to get some traffic started on there. If we can figure out a way to exchange traffic and comments in the early stages, it could pay off nicely in the long run.
