It really depends on how much work they put in...it's hard to say a specific amount, but they can definitely expect a good payout if they work for it.

For those of you responding to this post make sure you have a work agreement in place so you know exactly what you are getting. Your best bet would be a % of sales. Don't blindly go to work for someone until they can guarantee you what you are going to get paid!
