Based out of US and India, we are 30 people company out of which everyone is hardcore technical. I never managed to grow a sales team and I think it is time to get my act together. I hardly get time to follow up on existing leads.

Anybody who has many years of experience in sales and interested in partnering on a commission basis, please PM me with your resume. Costs related to Online demonstration, visiting conferences will be undertaken by me. Most of the deals are made at carrier level and each deal will potentially bring sales in 6 digits.

This is our third year in business and doing good in sales (online).

I would love to hear from other entrepreneurs how they deal with sales. Myself being a developer, hiring a sales person is out of question as I would love to invest the same money on developers and instead get a new product out

For sales, the first thing someone needs to know is what they will be selling. Because if they don't believe your product is great, then they won't make a very good sales pitch.
