8% Fixed Annual Return in Investment

I recently joined Young Entrepreneur to see what kind of investment opportunities were out there. There appears to be several high risk/high reward opportunities but not many low risk ones. So as an alternative, I thought some of you may be interested in my company - Elite Financial Group.

Elite Financial Group is an investment real estate equity lending company based in Oakton, VA. You can look us up at: www.elitefinancing.com

We service both borrowers and investors. For investors, we offer an 8% fixed annual return on your investment. We also increase our investors return rate if they send us referrals. Your return comes in the form of a monthly interest check or wired payment. There are no fees and no commissions. For example, a $25,000 investment would yield $2,000 per year (12 monthly interest checks of $166.67). We also never pass on losses or expenses so your true return is 8%.

Because your investment is secured by short-term (1 year) commercial loans, we prefer if our investors stay invested for at least one year. But we understand that emergencies arise, kids go to college, etc. So should you need your investment back or decide to invest elsewhere, we can wire your funds to you in as little as three days.

Our customers can invest in a virtually risk free environment which is why we've never had an unsatisfied customer or missed a single monthly payment in 20 years. They sleep well at night and get a better return than the stock market on average.

If anyone is interested, we have plenty of investors you can speak to as references. Feel free to email me anytime with questions or just reply to this thread. I'll answer them as quickly as I can. Take care!

yeah, post the NZ info. I'm doing 7.5% in a REIT and would easily move the money to get 9.2%.

8% sounds like a pretty good amount. Also... I realized one thing many of you here are exposing... your exposing your greed. Sure, its nice to have a good return on investment, but jumping to conclusions of wanting to join a New Zeland bank without proper research and data... your bound to lose it, plus you have to remember the economy is different for each person... check your economical data as well before throwing all your money into a (what seems) high interest rate account.

Its not greed? Wrong! Its not smart... why is it not smart? Well first off, your quick to jump into a bank that you probably live thousands of miles from and have no information on yet, and you are already talking about investing with them.

Do they have a set investment minimum, are their any account fee's (banks have various fee's, what is the NZ bank's fees.) Also, your assuming 9.2% to be a lot for a APY. That is only .766% a month. Using the same $25,000 investment... here is what you get: $191.00 a month interest. A little more then the first topic... but what's the major difference though?

POINT IS: Greed is something that tempts you into wanting a piece or everything of the pie. You'd be just as good with a small portion rather then the whole cake. Plus, the real estate market is the definite way to go... less risk in my opinion (but then again, thats my .02 cents.)

greed is part of the puzzle man...you have to have the urge of some greed to thrive...its how you control it....i rather have the whole pie than a small portion....how can you survive on a small piece? just because you say its greed or we say its smart it dont mean either of us or right, thats the beauty of opinion, we were asking for info, and you gave us the greed speach....its your opinion

i for one would not just put my money into something i have no idea about, but if i have no idea bout it, dont mean its not good or bad, first i need the info to do the research....i am very careful with my money, but if i can get 9 perecent over 5...how is that greed? its called common sense

exactly my point phillly i wasnt being greedy and i never said I was going to just send my money to Australia. I said I wanted to hear the info on it. This could be a good business proposistion I know a ton of people who would like to invest in a 9.6% account. If I do the research on this and find out its legit I could guaruntee some sort of return then keep the extra say .8 or so percent it woud certainly add up if you get 100k together or even more. I would really like to hear more from diomandman if he was being serious.
