2008: The year of the Google SEO Consultant Franchise

Dear fellow Entrepreneur/ Investor,

My name is Stephen Ryan (UK - 44yrs) and i have been a competitive intelligence analyst and disruptive innovator for some 25 years. I very much believe that 2008 will see the professionalisation of Search Engine Optimisation E-marketing services, culminating in the evolution to a franchise model for the UK and laterly for US.

Please read the following link on my website for further details:

www at intrench dot com (see guerilla marketing link) -
2008: The year of the Google SEO Consultant Franchise (article)

Currently i am unable through illness to do anything but work from home and i am looking for someone who is already in a position to help with taking this opportunity forward. Current projections are £200K sales in year one, with £80K net profit and 50% uplift year on year thereafter. The real value is in the potential value of the business operations, with a 3 year exit. There is also potential to scale operations in US and beyond.

Please let me know if you would like to discuss further.
Merry Xmas
Stephen.

I believe you are 100% correct. SEO has been growing exponentially over the past few years. 2008 is poised to be the year that well designed consulting systems explode on this industry.

Hmmm… If there are any SEO marketers in Washington, DC interested in coming to work for a consulting firm that specializes in non-profit fundraising please PM me… Maybe I need to be looking more at this. Not to hijack your post. I just think you are right on the money with your idea.

Non-profit model

Hi, rogercbryan

I am also interested in the non-profit model incidently.

Please take a look at www dot focustowork dot co dot uk.

You can create an entrepreneurial company for people who may not be able to work for health reasons or must work from home etc - but the profits get plowed back in.

It is called a community interest company in the UK - instead of using the old limited business profile. You can also obtain funding from the government if you have a good case. It is a good thing to do allround.

Is this of interest to you - maybe in US?
cheers
Stephen

Hi Jonathon,

Are you interested in the idea of setting up a Google Search Engine Optimization Consultancy franchise operation - or did you have another more disruptive" franchise idea in mind?

Cyrus, I'm not sure how this would work in the US. Most non-profits (501(c)3) in the US that raise funds for any type of program need to register with the IRS in order to solicit donors. If anyone has info on this (UK-CIC) organization and how that translates to the US I would be all ears. For the most part my company does not manage any of the programs we raise funds for.

Hi everyone,

I guess where we're going with this and where i'd like to personally take it is - is for everyone to consider what it must be like for thousands of disabled people, the unemployed and others losing their right to work. With the advent of the internet, there must be a way of building an international agency that works with government and commerce to develop a legitimate "online homework channel" for people to be able to work from home.

Think of the benefits to government of being able to cut the cost of the social security budget, the benefit to businesses of having extra resources available and the benefit to home workers because it means they can get back into the workforce and not feel like they have been left on the scrapheap.

I thought SEO franchises would be a good place to start, but with a little imagination there must be hundreds of legitimate home based businesses. Not the scams we have seen over the past 10-20 years.

The CIC model is a UK business template - not sure it is available in the US. It is offered instead of LTD. Perhaps worth looking into. I can look into the UK end, if you guys can look into US? What do you think?
