Your thoughts on my business idea please

I have an idea for a mobile dry cleaning business. I know this is highly fragmented and has already existed for years. However, I wanted to specifically just serve - business centers, apartment complexes, law/accounting offices (basically where I could group customers together to generate more revenue in shorter amount of time for drivers). Basically, it would be a FREE amenity that HR or property manager could add on. I would then outsource the work to a plant at 50% margins (industry standard).

I am looking for feedback and any knowledge into the market for such a service, average order value, net margins, interest, etc. I thank you for any feedback you can provide.

This is one that hits offices in our area including ours: Pressed4Time | Never Waste Your Time Driving to the Dry Cleaners Again, Dry Cleaning Pick up and Delivery.
It's a franchise, but for comparison here's what I know. They charge $1.25 a shirt, not sure on charges for slacks or other items. They come weekly and have bags for people to put their items in. About 6-8 people in our office use it, so figure about 35 shirts a week using 7 people as an average.

Good luck.
