My dilema is... I have talked to employers who didn't want to post because their were no employees listed....and then I spoke to a bunch of job seekers and they didn't want to post because there were no employers listed!!!

WHATS A GUY GOTTA DO!! LOL

So I am asking for everyone 14-20 please make a listing for yourself! ITS FREE! I will be marketing this project heavily. If I see a job seeker from michigan, i'll call job listings there and tell them about you! Whatever state or city it may be... I will do this 1.) to help you and 2.) to raise awareness about my site.


I just need some people in there to get me started!

I think the site is a great idea, the online job site area is full of competitors but that shoudl not stop you, I think you should make your site look more professional and get rid of the flame look. Your paying customers will be the companies so I would angle everything towards them. Start small and focus on the area where you live with basic marketing, I would also use craiglist as much as possible to market your site.
