    Woot.com Discussion Problem

    Hey, was doing a presentation on Woot.com and had a part were i felt could be a great discussion and also be very helpful to me.

    I am looking for an issue or opportunity that targets Woot.com and three ways to solve it. Out of those three ways which would be the top choice to solve the problem. Explain

    Example:
    They have limited growing opportunity- Find three ways it can be fixed. Fix it by blah blah blah

    nice way to get ideas lol...

    i always thought the layout of woot sucks... it really is skimpy looking...

    take a look at groupon.com for an idea of a nicer layout...

    but if you wanna do a similar business of collective buying, seriously, it'll make businesses look cheap... and profit margins for either you or the business using you will be so low, that'll you'll go wtf... groupon charges 30-50% from businesses that are already cutting off 50% from their usual price...

    so let's calculate... a usual $150 service would be reduced to $75 and im charged 30%(lets be generous), im left with $52.50...

    idk, my two cents...
