wireless video cameras

hey guys,

This might sound like a dumb question but I was wondering if its possible to have a camera set up in the middle of nowhere and have it transmit via a wi-fi connection and be able to view it over the internet. Does anyone know anything about this stuff?

you'd need a computer to go with it, from my knowledge that is.
Search up some security camera softawre as lots of them have datastreams.
Expensive in terms of bandwidith tho

Yea, i would need it to be able to be computer free.

You could get one that is computer free, however, internet free is a different story.

Do a search for basic outdoor ip cameras.
