Texas has the highest charge for forming a corporation C or S and the highest price for forming an LLC. I know it sounds stupid to complain about such a low number it just seems ridiculous to me to charge over 100.

And hell if they're going to charge more than anywhere else at least have a nice friendly HELPFUL employee.
