Who's interested in 20% commission of average 5k sales?

I have an opportunity for highly qualified individuals in the field of sales and marketing. I own Positive Positioning (web design and development), I have everything I need to run my business, but I am lacking when it comes to growing my business. I need more sales.

I get 100% of my clients through referrals, 6 in the past 7 months with an average project sell of $5,000. (20% commission = $1000) Our average project takes 6-8 weeks to finish. We require 50% upfront and 50% upon satisfied completion.

I have web design packages that are all inclusive, including e-commerce packages with customized content management systems allowing our clients to update their own websites with no HTML or programming experience. These packages range from 3k-7.5k.

For each referral that becomes a paying client you will receive 20% commissions for every project they do with us, for as long as they are a customer of ours.

On the other hand, we welcome your input on the board as a business owner. Maybe you can share in your experiences; how you got started, what motivates you, how long you've been on your own, etc. We could use someone with your experience around here but it's not an employment board.

In fact, instead of wasting money on monster.com, I would use craigslist.
