I would like to recommend someone who I have used in the past. He has some "innovative" approaches to the way he does outsourcing and I think you may be impressed. He is able to do outsourcing for a variety of projects and takes an approach using technology to your advantage, I am sure he would be happy to talk with you about the needs for your start-up.
