I've been mulling over what to sell at the county fairs. I have two different ideas. I have the idea to sell fried items such as twinkies, ice cream etc. However the problem is the intial investment for the concession trailer. I'm waiting on estimates, but I'm sure it's going to be hundreds a day. The fair concession rental is already eating into the profits, and I'd like to minimize my set up. I have the idea also of maybe setting up a beer tent. This would me much more cost effective, as I could probably find a setup with 4 kegs and tap 3 domestic and 1 foreign. This would probably be a lot cheaper. My question is which do you think would be the biggest seller the beer or the food?
