Which one, or both????

For 3 years now ive been trying to open a lawn & landscape business. It works for me but doesnt pay off all that great. I have been offered a job as a loan reconsolidation specialist. I will train to reconsolidate loans, and get a insurance liscense. This opens opportunity for another business. Should i just choose one, or use the one to support the other???

Focus on one, do the other part time.

Diversifying your income is always good, but each source of income needs to be established individually first.

Doing too many things at one time won't create the income you are after.

I agree with Karen - do one part-time. Managing 2 should not be a big problem. You'd be surprised how much extra time you have when time stretched. If you can do only one...weigh the costs.

Exactly, you need to weigh your opportunity costs and your chances for advancement in each field, then make your choice according to that.

The one is very, part time, i work my own hours, but the Lawn and Landscape business, is Mon-Sat 6-8. Then I was offered a weekend job at the local race track. My mind is very boggled. I'll see what happens, i guess.
