Where to find someone ambitious with eBay

I've been working the eBay platform for a few years now and I have an unorthodox approach to it. I'm having a hard time finding someone looking to do some grunt work with me, all I find is people with their heads in the clouds with "unique ideas" and expect a crapload of compensation for it. I want someone for work, now. Tedious computer processing work and other stuff that isn't glamorous. The process already works and makes money and I just need help making it bloom because of my overload with school.

    Any ideas?
    Thanks

I think you could hire a VA that you can pay for doing the work for you if you dont have enough time.
You pay it monthly or weekly depends on what you prefer.
You just have to tell him what are your task and he'll do the rest.

The ebay business is a lot work. It's rewarding though. I get emails at 3 and 4 a.m. from customers asking questions about my merchandise. Try to hire someone that has worked with ebay or amazon online sales before.
