Where to find Foreclosures?

Does anyone know any good websites to find foreclosed or a source to find fixer-upper houses that doesn't charge or have some sort of signup. One that would include properties in the Maryland, DC, Virginia area. Thanks!

Search public records in your state. Foreclosures and NOD's can be found there.

Every state differs. You would have to check with your state/government. In my state, foreclosures can be found in the local newspaper.
