Try put an ad in at craigslist.org, it's free and you can reach anyone around the world. Also you may try freelance websites.

Yes, you should place some ads on Craigslist if you are looking for local designers/programmers. If you are looking to broaden your horizons, I would try a freelancer site. You can get great quality at a fraction of the price.

so i am going to try craigslist and i have found 2 websites but they havent contacted me back yet. Does anyone know of a price? or would recommend a company?
