Hey everyone, I've been doing quite a bit of research on where is the best place to form an LLC. Of course, the three most popular states are Nevada, Delaware and Wyoming. There are pros and cons to each and I'm more confused than ever!

Many of the opinions are based on US citizens or companies looking to incorporate in the USA. However, I am a Canadian citizen, living in Canada, so it's a bit different. I have a mailing address and personal bank account in New York, but there are waaaay too many hoops to jump through in that state.

I have two Internet businesses (membership sites) that I'd like to register very soon. One of them needs to registered in the USA (part of the terms and conditions for a website mentoring program I won - open only to USA residents or businesses). It's in the area of weight loss. The other website doesn't "need" to be registered in the USA but it looks like it might be easier and cheaper than incorporating in Canada.

So then the big question... for Canadian citizen, living in Canada and operating a web-based business, which is the best state to incorporate in: Nevada, Delaware or Wyoming?

I'm torn between which one is best. They all sound great but all are just slightly different. Any feedback or suggestions would be most appreciated. Thanks!
