When is Your IPO?

Most entrepreneurs wish and dream for their businesses to become successful either to be acquired or do the IPO.

When do you think yours will do the IPO thing?

Ours, may be hmm..., or may be hmm... not...!

my IPO is coming...
after the market makers build their books, which is
after the regulator approves the unseasoned issue, which is
after the fin. statements get engineered to meet listing requirements, which is
after the business does a mezzanine round, which is
after the business does a seed round, which is
after I book some customers, which is
after I do the damn surveys, which is
after I clock an attractive opportunity, which is
happening right about now

errr...man, maybe I gotta do some outsourcing to speed things along

Way out of my league at this time.

When I was younger that was my dream. Now, 20 years later and 10 years into my business I may just keep the company running for my kids. However, I am running the company with an exit plan of 3-5 years just to keep my options open. I always say, anyone can be bought if the price it good enough.
