    What's hot in the US?

    Hello mates!

I've been thinking of buying some hot stuff from the US and sell it here in Sweden (longboard, iphone etc.). I think it would be very profitable. Do you know some stuff that would sell? What's hot in the US?

    Thanks anyway!

I think it would be more important for you to tell us what is hot in Sweden... then we can see if someone here can supply those items to you.

One of my team members had been shipping iphones to Russia for a while so I know those are selling well overseas.

There are a few different suppliers on this site. Post a list of what you are looking for and what you are willing to pay and you might get a few responses.

As a young college man, I would think maybe knock offs of name brand clothing articles. The girls would really like that because they can be bought for cheap. I would do what roger said and list some items that are hot in Sweden. Whats hot with young teens now is sub woofers and rims as well, no matter what race.

Okey, thx. One thing, we wouldn't sell clothes. It's not our market. Here's a list of thing we considered buying.

    1. Apple iPod Touch 8GB Black (2,100 SEK ~ 350$)
    2. Apple iPhone doesn't exist. How much would I pay for the cheapest one in the US?
    Bigger niches.
    3. Longboards.
    4. Computer games / Video games.

That's my main priority list. If you have any suggestion of other similar stuffs, I would appreciate it.
Btw, do someone know if there will be a new version of playstation, or other kind of consoles, launched soon?

Paris Hilton- that's hot. Plus, I don't think anyone here would miss her.

What do you think the dropping off the rates will do to the economy?

The Feds are trying to jump start and get a pulse beating in the economy, but it's unlikely to make any big potential significants in U.S economy. They have been slowly cutting rates so many times since the second half of last year, none of it has really helped revive the economy back. The band aid is not stopping the bleeding. The situation of the housing market doesn't help either. I believe crazy inflation rates will continue to put it's "magical spell" on U.S economy for the foreseeable future.

Design a furniture store with imported US furniture. Set it up like an American Store, you know, without the prearranged walkway the way IKEA has. This was you can shop for American furniture the way Americans do.

Think for a while and you'll get the humor.
