What would you need to pull this off....

To make a long story short, I'm curious
about how I could pull this off. I'm just
beginning to put this plan together and
I want to know if you guys think it'll work.

I've actually been pissed off at the
fact that there's nothing out there like this.

A fast food restaurant that doesn't serve
greasy fatty food. I know they have restaurants
that serve healthy things but there isn't one
that just serves healthy stuff. And not just
healthy stuff but things that you don't have
time to make at home but the healthy version.

Rather than a burger a turkey burger with some
healthy sides, that tastes good too.

Here's how I came up with this, when I moved out
to go to college I had to start cooking on my own.
At the time I weighed over 300 lbs and when I
began to cook I started doing it healthy. I began
working out as well and in 8 months lost about 80
    lbs.

I became passionate about finding recipes for
things I loved but were altered so that they were
    healthy.

Now while I was at work or at school and I forgot
my lunch I had to find something healthy, I usually
    did but it's a challenge. There isn't a go-to place
for me to get some of the things I cooked at home.

What do you guys think about a restaurant based on
    that?

    Thanks for your input.

Go for it - if there was one near me - guess were I would eat? Just make sure you have a great location and funds.

That sounds like Subway to me...
I am in Australia and we have healthy, fast food places for most foods now, as most of the western nations do. Your idea is not new, but if you can think of something that is not already being done in a healthy way (sandwiches/burgers already are), then of course go for it. People like healthy fast food, but there is a huge amount of competition.

Keep in mind it has to be as affordable as greasy fast food if you ask me. People may not be so willing to go healthy if it costs a significant amount extra.

    Good points

@Will I think subway definitely has healthy
options but that's if you chose them just like
with McDonalds, most people buy footlongs which
can go over 700 calories for a number of them for
just the sandwich, that's not including the bag of
chips and soda. Of course you can't opt out of
buying those and get fruit but most people get
    the unhealthy b/cuz they're eating a "healthy"
sandwich. This idea definitely has to be fresh
and new you're right but I've yet to see anything
    that's "just" healthy. I haven't actually seen
a turkey burger place though...? I'd like to know
    if there was one.

@azance you're absolutely right it has to be
affordable, that's why people don't eat healthy now
is because it's just cheaper to eat crap. So you're
right in order for people to be on board it has
    to be affordable.

    @Lukas I appreciate it.
