what would you do with a next big thing idea?

hI guys i have just came up with an idea which i think it can be the next big thing, like google and youtube.

however, i have no experiance in any programing or web development.

how would you guys get an idea like that off the ground?

is it better to just hire a group of experianced people and have the make it?

or is it better to find a group of people that have experiance and start up a joined venture? (like google, how its started with a group of friends)

im looking at these two options but not sure which would be more suitable.

I personaly think that there is more profit in just hireing a team because i would only have to pay them a set ammount and if this idea takes off, i wont have to share any profit with them. however, they might not work as hard.

and if i find a group to start this venture with, they will try their best to make it happen. but the profit will be divided many ways.

so what do you guys think? how would you guys go about doing this?

If you pay someone to do it, it could cost a lot of money and not neccesarily make money back. There is nothing wrong with doing it with someone else in a joined venture and if it's really good it wont matter to split the profits. PM me and I will tell you what I think about the idea. Also if you are interested in a partnership you can pm me.
