What would you do with 180k

Just curious what you would do with a line of credit of 180k. I'm thinking of a business or a business partner for something bigger and better. Share your thoughts and comments. Thanks

Pboy, good choice. Amazing car but I would honestly drop it into a Honda Civic. I love building Honda's and Acura's. I've seen Honda Civic's that push 800hp to the wheel. Not very often but you can dominate all with better hp to weight ratios. Its kinda of an obsession, or passion if you will. haha It reminds me of the story of David vs Galiuth. haha

But seriously though, I would invest in education to invest in Real Estate. And i'm not talking about flipping properties, I'm talking wholesales, double closing, lease options, rentals, commercial buildings, multi-unit housing, condo rentals, and maybe even land development.

But Real Estate is also just another obsession, or passion if you will. haha

    You beat me to it.

I think I would buy a couple of Hyundai sedans, put some into my website and put the rest into paying down my debt.

    Interesting,

I line of credit is only as good as the terms, so in a market like this, I would sit it out and first try to decide what you want to do in life. You need to define a business you want to persue, so certainly, having a line of credit helps one get into business, but it is far more important to choose the right business first.

    Good luck to all, Mike

Personally, I would start my own sneaker company and sell classic sneakers and also ones that you only see in the bigger cities like NY, LA etc

Save 1/2 of it for retirement. Take the other half and invest it in marketing or new employee for work - more likely to double your money that way than riding around on it....even though it may be an AMG.

I would use it to buy my own servers. Then I would find a technology partner. Next I would get an office space and pay rent for a year up front. Then I would hire a few content managers, designers to create and manage content for for my 20 domains and try to create or acquire 100 website a year, and work 24-7 to turn that $180,000 into Millions in ad revenue. But, that's just what I would do.
