What should my email subject be to get the most local business owners to open it

Im sending out an email to try to get local businesses and shops to advertise in my publication what shold be my subject line for it, i have used in the past

"want to reach all the residents of the Syosset woodbury area, cheaper than any other publication"

and i've gotten decent response but everyone on here seems to know alot about this type of thing and i need some help please

Make it sound like it's from a real person and not some spam.

In the message you may want to talk about their company some just so they know you know the company and your not just sending the same letter out to thousands of business's.
