"You don’t need to be that interested in money"

Somehow I agree. I think person's who turned out to be millionaires are very bright and are not really interested in getting rich at first. I think they are more interested on how they can use their brains to be happy.

I would say you have to be interested in money to an extent, I guess you have to be interested in money enough to be smart with how you allocate it. I would also say that smart investments, be it in your business, the stock market, bonds, commodities, etc also aid you greatly in becoming a millionare.

Most people believe that the secret to getting rich is all about finding ways of increasing their income as quickly as possible. “If only I could make more money,” they declare, “I’d be rich.” How many times have you heard somebody say that? How many times have you said it yourself? Well, it simply isn’t true. Ask anyone who got a raise last year if their savings increased. In almost every case, the answer will be no. Why? Because more often than not, the more we make, the more we spend.

    Stay out of debt.

Buy what you can afford, and invest the rest. Your money goes a lot further when it isn't going to monthly payments.
