What kind of written agreement do I need?

Hello All,
I have read postings on this forum but this is my first time posting. A friend and I have an idea for an internet business and we need help, though we don't want someone to steal our idea. I have never started a biz before and I need to know if there is some sort of written I-won't-take-your-idea-and-run agreement. Also, if you all can offer any suggestions on where to get such documents for free, that would be awesome.

It's a non-disclosure agreement (NDA). I would suggest searching google or another search engine for 'free nda template' or something similiar. they are out there if you spend some time searching.

Another thing you can do is use an NDA that you've signed in the past. If you have not, use one that someone else has signed. They're rarely ever private and confidential, and they're all essentially the same. This is why you can also find one on the internet. Now some people will say that stealing a contract like this is illegal, but how in the world would anyone know? These documents are seldom used once they're signed.
