What is your favorite business/money/inspirational/ect. book?

I'm currently a college student studying power engineering and I'm very interested in business and money matters. So my two questions are:

What is your favorite business/money/inspirational/ect. book? Also, what would you recommend for me to read as a great information book on business and just growing your money? I'm especially interested in the real estate business.

Not really technical but I read Google Story recently,it is a nice read.I read Steve Job's biography from a website.I like Steve's framework of thinking.Then there are Dale Carnegie's book - which are really good.I think you should read them.

Dude, "Power Engineering"? Props on choosing the sickest career title I have ever heard of.

But some of my favorites have been "The 4-Hour Work Week" and "Crush It!". Not reall about investing, more about small business and social media respectively.

I agree with Elsoft, check out Dale Carnegie. "How to Win Friends and Influence People" is a must read for anyone wanting to make it big. Gives some good old fashioned advice on how to be polite and grow your network. You can usually find it at most book stores because its such a classic (written in 1936, but still every bit relevant as a book written today).
