Was already living "Rich Dad, Poor Dad," unbeknownst to me, so was recommended "Cash Flow Quadrant." Changed my life.

While it is not business-specific, The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People can improve anyone's business/life habits dramatically.

I have read so many books, it is impossible to name the best, but here are the top 5 I can remember right now:

    Atlas Shrugged, by Ayn Rand
Think and Grow Rich, by Napleon Hill
The Magic of Thinking Big, by David Schwartz
    E-myth Revisited, by Michael Gerber
Blue Ocean Strategy, by Kim & Marbourgne
How to Win Friends and Influence People, by Dale Carnegie

There are many, many other great books, but this is a good start.

My favourite book is think and grow rich. It's based on interviews of some of the world's most successful millionaires and identifies the barriers and behaviours you need to overcome to become successful in business. A good marketing book to increase your carrots would be "Getting Everything You Can from Out of All You Got" by Jay Abraham.

I would say this is for Intermediate Marketeers especially for those already in business for 2-3 years cos you need to have the fundamentals first else it would be hard to understand.

And yes dont just read, please take action on what you've just learnt.

    Smile Motivating Book

I would have to say that the most valuable book for business for me was The Richest Man in Babylon by George Clason. It is more about an overall lesson on how to manage your lifestyle and finances but very applicable to business.
