The Long Tail and What Would Google Do?
The last two I've read I found very very good and inspiring. I would call them essential to anyone serious about making it with an online business.
The Long Tail by Chris Anderson
and
What Would Google Do? by Jeff Jarvis
Currently reading The Innovator's Dilemma. Oldie but it caught my eye...
Just ordered:
The Wisdom of Crowds
Wikinomics: How Mass Collaboration Changes Everything
Managing the Nonprofit Organization
Forces for Good: The Six Practices of High-Impact Nonprofits
Everything Is Miscellaneous: The Power of the New Digital Disorder
Ripples from the Zambezi: Passion, Entrepreneurship, and the Rebirth of Local Economies

I loved "The Long Tail" also.
"Smart Startups" by David Silver is invaluable for internet entrepreneurs.
"Founders at work" is amazing too, albeit long.
There are so many I love I can't name them all!

I guess I am new at that type of thought process or thinking on the right side of the quadrant as Robert Kyasoki would say, I really think that the documentary "The Secret" because I haven't read the book yet had alot of influence on me. Your thoughts influence your actions, and if you can not see your self doing the things you set out to do for your life, they won't get done! No matter what side of the quadrant you are on, it's just that simple! Obviously, everything in life will not happen exactly how you want it, but I must say that keeping positive thoughts and energy around me has made me more stress free than dwelling on the negative things that happen. No matter how much work I realize I have ahead of me, I continuosly thank God for the giving me the strength and wisdom to achieve these goals! Rich Dad Poor Dad is a very close second!

There have been a few but if I had to choose just one it would be 'Unlimited Power' by Anthony Robbins... totally awesome...

I must say that anything by Brian Tracy has been proven to be terribly valuable to me. Some of my favorites include:
Eat that frog
Maximum achievement
21 best ways to ...series
Million dollar habit
many more
His books are always so relevant, useful and effective. I would recommend them to anyone looking to boost their performance or simply motivate themselves to achieve to their potential.
Regards
Phil

The most valuable book I ever read, this the one I wrote...Called ..3 Clicks Of A Mouse To Fast Cast.
Why.....not because I wrote it....but because it's the truth about the real money making secrets online. I just don't care for all the scams , I also have not released this book yet....and I won't reveal that here either, because it's not right.
But that's my opinion on what book is the best.

The best business book I've ever read is Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill. It's probably the best business book ever written! In it, he describes the importance of persistence and keep trying and eventually you'll break through.
Read about it here: Big Red Tomato Company » Think and Grow Rich!

So many good ones listed already! I didn't see this one mentioned and it is a good read:
How to Win Friends and Influence People, by Dale Carnegie (1936)
I also have a summary of it here to get the bullet points:

The Myth of Multitasking - In this groundbreaking book, I offer clear solutions for dealing with today's information-saturated world. I`tl shows what to do when interrupted by co-workers and how to deal with distracting electronic communications such as e-mail and phone messages. Written with wit and a healthy dose of wisdom, The Myth of Multitasking helps business leaders and employees recognize why multitasking is a false construct and shows them how to create a new and realistic plan for using time more efficiently.
