Arrow What is the Biggest Business Hurdle that you Have Ever Faced?

For me, it was partnership issues created from lack of a buyout agreement. After a year of making offers and having them turned down at the last minute, I finally cut my losses and moved onto another venture.

No offense but couldn't you find a better domain name? That in my opinion isn't even worth the 10 dollars you paid for it.

Staffing has always been my biggest problem. I can't seem to find the right people. My company has experienced extremely rapid growth over the past two years which has made it hard to keep employees. Most people like stability and consistency in what they do. I've never been able to provide that.

I rent out private houses to the student market.

My biggest problem was that an early client claimed to own over 30 houses (he signed the paperwork, had keys, seemed to know the current tenants....) and turned out to be nothing more than a builder carrying out fraud on a huge scale.

Well since I went solo with my business, my biggest mistake so far just happened 45 minutes ago. I placed fliers around a very small section in my neighborhood and I received a call but I didn't have my phone with me at the time. I def. won't do that again.

Is it really necessary to take a jab at my domain name? I think that kind of critique should be left in the web site review section.
