What is the best wiki application out there?

I like the one that Wikipedia and Memory Alpha use which is MediaWiki. I find it the easiest to use.

I would suggest Mediawiki as well. If you want to play with one, you can try www.wikia.com, its the commercial arm of the guy that started wikipedia. There is also www.pbwiki.com and a few more (i forget)

Its the only wiki software i've heard of and i was going to recommend you this one as well but antdizzle got there first
