I'm looking for one that has a free trial or is free and simple to use but lots of freedom with it. Anyone know of any?
Cheers

I recommend DreamWeaver by Adobe.
Its fairly easy to use, but offers many, MANY other features suitable for the more experienced user.
I use it for pretty much every site I build, suplemented by a basic text code editor on the side.
Hope this helps!
I personally prefer dreamweaver too, but if you're looking for a free editor, I suggest you check out NVU editor.
Google for it, and you should find it easily.
I started out using it too.
use CMS like Drupal, Joomla, Wordpress, etc. You can also build a static html site through using Dreamweaver, Notepad++ or any text editing software. Combine PHP, HTML, CSS with some JS.
Use Dreamweaver...easy to use...

it automatically scroll down depends on how long your page is on Dreamveaver. You can use Photoshop for designs, like a banner and inserting it on your codes at Dreamweaver. You can save your file as .html or .htm, depends what your codes for. But if you want, you can slice your design in Image Ready, it then converts to html codes but I would not recommend to do it because sometimes it doesn't look good when you run it on browser.Best way to do is hard coding.
