Unhappy what is best advice?for bussines

Your idea sound great. Translating it to reality requires thoughtful consideration to many things.

You should develop a basic business plan that includes projected costs to open, equip, hire and pay employees and taxes, and a revenue projection as to how many customers per day and average income from their meals minus your costs which will give you net income.

You may want to contact you Small Business Administration office in your area for help with this.

    My 2 cents

Just offering my 2 cents for growing a business.

Offer good quality, with "excellent" customer service,
Avoid get rich quick schemes, they don't work.

My Motto: Every satisfied customer is an unpaid salesperson for you.
When you have someone that is so pleased about your product or service, they will brag about you to other people.

Everyone makes mistakes - Don't let them beat you - Learn from them.

My dad always said this growing up, it's not really JUST business advice, it's good life advice.

mine would probably be: TAKE ACTION NOW!

Even if you make mistakes just do SOMETHING. There is nothing worse than when I see someone who is an information gatherer. All they do is gather information and wait, wait, wait...

If you want to be successful you have to get out there and do something!

If you want to become rich, do not take advice from poor people.

That is an awesome piece of advice since every friend/family member automatically becomes a business counselor once they catch wind of your entrepreneurial adventures.

    Recession proof businesses

    Interesting,

Over the years I have gathered a ton of helpful suggestions about starting your own business, but the one I remember to this very day was simple, just do it. I procrastinated for years while working for fortune 5 company and learning how dog eat dog it was, never mind ass kissing. Needless to say, it didn't fit my long term goals to have a job all my life.

Well, I finally did it, and have never looked back with regrets, in fact, the company division I was with is no more, gone, poof, thousands out of work, so again, just do it. You will never see success in your own business unless you try, and make a commitment not to quit until you succeed for you never know when true success will be yours if you quit.

The most important suggestion in todays economic climate is choose a recession proof business, something that everyone will still need or have to purchase regardless of economy. This is probably more important now than ever in my decades long carreer being in business. I weathered last recession by being diversified, and that is my last suggestion, don't put all your eggs in one basket.

    Success to all, Mike
