Best advice I have received is "shit or get off the bucket". Also "it’s not better, not worst, just different" this is a saying in all aspects of business and especially international endeavors I found.

while i was struggling with my business, and whenever i used to feel down, i had this habit of spending time with my friends.. sometimes they are a good help and sometimes they really waste your time. that time my dad had adviced me... "Son, a businessman's best friend is his bank account.." i was really impressed with the thought!

Well I always love to learn new techniques to grow my business ans very often I get the same advises from the fellowmen and seniors and these advices include:
    1. Attain the motivation and satisfaction level of the employees
    2. Always keep learning and introduce new technology in the business
    3. Focus on smooth communication system both upward and downward.

And these advices really work and others should also keep these points in mind.

It is once your ideas have been transformed into enough money, and if all failed, you would still live your lifestyle, and you understand that just because you have made more money than most, you are not better than the common person. We are all going to die broke.

I learned never try to do everything on your own. Delegate some work to your assistants and focus on priorities.

A relative gave me an advice that in every business, you must take the challenge whether you succeed or not. the important thing is that u must try atleast once.

I loved what Timoth Ferris says.. Know your risks and what could be the worst situation that can happen out of that risk..Mostly, when we measure risks, it isnt as bad as we think it to be..
