What is/are the best methods of communication between clients on YE?

I have recently been negotiating future projects with different companies and I must admit it has been a hassle dealing with the different ways of getting into contact with them and keeping up to date on the projects through e-mail and private messages.

Personally, I find it very easy to do file transfer and project update transfers through e-mail. You can easily upload files and send them and they are usually recieved withing five minutes, if not instantly. I also find it very easy to remain in contact with your clients through AIM and MSN Messenger. These programs can be accessed easily through express or on meebo - online web IM for AIM, MSN, Yahoo, Google Talk messengers. It takes the pain and waiting out of updates through private messaging and e-mail.

Also, to be in voice contact, Skype is also another plus, as you can voice guide your client(s) through projects and they will actually know it is you and what you want done, and exactly how you want it done...

Just my point of view on the contacting hassel I have had troubles with, what do you think?

No good business can be done on a messanger... my opinion... contracts need to be negotiated via phone, person, or email. Chat leaves to many opportunities for miscommunication (and proof of it).

I agree, which is why I see it easier to go over things through messenger and officiate the contracts and specifics through Skype or over the phone.

Wow, I just signed up on meebo.com and I must say, that thing is awesome. I've been looking for a system like it.
