What I could do with $10,000 business/investment wise?

I have been thinking what I could do with 10,000 dollars to start my own business when I am off. Such as buying and resaleing... or getting into automotive sales.. by buying vehicles at auction and resaleing. Any ideas would be much appreciated...I have just been thinking how I could make more money by starting my own little business on a part time basis. Maybe even something I could make money from work as well as when I am off. I am trying to go small for now and eventually take it full time if an idea takes off in a good direction. I even thought about buying things wholesale bulk and finding a way to sale them locally. Any suggestions?

Any good wholesale bulk sites out there or vendors to make a marginal profit gain? Maybe by like buying laptops in bulk and saleing them at a flea market... or other bulk lot items. Come on, I know someone out there has to be making money off things of this sort. Suggestions or direction would be much appreciated. I am trying to get an idea of what to do so that on my upcoming days off I can plan ahead of time and try something out.
