What gadget do you use for your business

In 2005, 3/4 of small business owners have a plain cell phone; 1/2 have a smart phone that sends/receives text messages and a lap top computer; 1/10 have a Blackberry or other device that sends/receives text messages and files. I have been thinking of the I-pad. you?

No, I program a lot and need to test on various devices including iPad, iPhone, and Android development (hence for those), aside from web dev. You technically can use the built in simulators which is what I do for RIM currently as far as mobile web app but I prefer to test on a live device. As for why I have 2 iPhones, my service with T-Mobile I've had since 1997 when they were voicestream (my SIM card still says voicestream on it) so when my family decided to get a family plan, I got added on with the AT&T service. Now I just separate the TMobile for personal and AT&T for business.

I got the netbook as a gift but haven't really used that as much. My Sony weights like 1.6 lbs so I use that for travel purposes (I fly about 70ish flights a year for business trips; base on last year's flights). At home, I use my desktop or my lenovo depending if I'm at my desk or moving around. If I need to do mac development for the iPhone or iPad, I use the mac. The Dell was just an old laptop I have that I never got around to selling. I mostly use it as a stationary monitoring system for my servers now and it is connected to a dedicated monitor of it's own.
