    What are your ultimate goals?

    What are your ultimate goals?

Through my experiences, I have learned that in order to accomplish your goals you must seek out help and inform individuals around you about your aspirations.

Therefore, I encourage everyone to post their ultimate goals. In return, read other people’s goals. If you can help someone, reach out to them.

    PAY IT FORWARD!!

My Ultimate Goals (Not in any particular order)

    1. To be on the cover of a national magazine
    2. To be a national spokesperson
    3. To start a non-profit
    4. To be a guest on The Oprah Show
    5. To launch a marketing and public relations firm
    6. To have a nationally syndicated column
    7. To be a correspondent on a nationally syndicated radio show
    8. To write a best-selling self-help book

    my goals

    1. to stay alive, stay away from drugs, drink, crime and STDs
    2. to not screw up my family and alienate friends by my ambition
    3. to not be depressed, achieved by staying away from highly accomplished people who make everyone else look bad
    3. to make a little bit of money for the purpose of accomplishing points 1 and 2

i think that ambition is a double edge sword and one of my goals is to not get cut by this innately western concept of promoting unfettered desire for achievement and consumption

i mean, I have a whole bunch of goals (like signing up 10 customers in november) but am I gonna feel like my life's been wasted if I don't achieve these things? No I'm not. But then what's the point of having these goals if they're (ultimately) not important? Isn't achieving these goals supposed to be my life? That's the kind of absurd thinking that goal setting leads to.

I'm sure that in your mind you'll be a better person if you make it on oprah, but for my money, I'm not gonna put value on human life and I'll leave it up to god and fascist dictators to rank and rate people. for me, you're important just the way you are

    These are mine:

    1) Be Healthy mind, body, soul.
    2) Raise my 2 kids.
    3) Independently wealthy.
    4) Be a teacher to those who are willing to learn.

I think there are mini-goals in between 1 thru 4 that I would keep to myself and cross them off the list as I go. These are things that put meaning to my life and keeps me moving.

    1) To be happy and heathly
    2) To always make sure that my family comes first
    3) To build my online company into a household name
    4) To take advantage of every opportunity that comes my way
    5) To expand my real estate and timberland investment holdings
    6) To become fluent in the Japanese language and expand my business there
    7) To retain a literary agent and publish my book

My goals are simple and straight to the point. From as far back as I can remember I have always had multiple projects in the works and to this day, nothing has changed.

Good Luck to everyone and I hope that you accomplish all the goals that you have set for yourself.

To become financially free and enjoy the rest of my life after that, with class and dignity. Interpret that as you will, it includes the fast-paced life, travelling, occasionally exploring ancient and spiritual links to the past (greece, egypt, africa, japan etc. I love that stuff), living healthily and like a king full of passion, romance and excitement. I've also got a bunch of wacky architectual dreams I'd like to implement if I manage to build a multi-million empire.

    Lol I love your replies!

You answer every post as if it is the 100th time you've repeated yourself, usually because you do repeat yourself. You used to have lengthy replies, but because of repetition your write less and with a stronger underlying message.

My opinion about ambitions? They are meaningless unless they translate to some sort of behavior; could be positive or negative behaviors.
