Quicken Home and Business and QuickBooks are both good. It just depend on the type of business you have. QuickBooks is able to do Point of Sales.

Tools like Microsoft Money and Quicken because these tools can keep track of my checking account, help with paying bills online, and even do some stock tracking.

i have been using MS Money and so far it has been fulfilling all my needs, never tried anything else

Mint.com - works well for a small business. I also use quicken for personal finances, which I really like. I might be switching over to that for my side business as well.
