I don't really use MySpace anymore (seems to be dead). I have profiles for the company on Twitter, FriendFeed, Facebook, Youtube and Squidoo

i use facebook to keep in touch with friends. how can i use it to promote my service and business in the local area i live in. i guess i really dont know how to use facebook, because I would love to promote my basketball service but how?

Umm... as Twitter, Facebook, Myspace probably make up a large % of the social networking website usage thats where you would get maximum exposure for your business. Other sites could include Hi5, Bebo, Xanga? and stuff but generally your business wont be able to market to as many people (i would focus on fb, myspace, and twitter and if you have a niche eg "pet frogs" I would suggest going to a more specialised social networking site related to "frogs/enviro" etc. Hope this helps
