What about the Customer?

Often the most overlooked part of business is the opinion of the customer. As wesee here many people over shadow the practicality of an idea to the consumers by their own self righteouness. What if there was a site like ideago or something that offered a place for consumers to voice their opinions, nothing revolutionary but things that customers wants to see improved and new products that customers would like to see made? Kind of like a product review site/ meets a voice of the customer site Thoughts?

I think this could take off pretty well if it were focused, and heavily promoted. Perhaps the most glaring problem I see, right at the start, would be getting folks to visit the site and post. If that could be done, there is a good chance of success.
