i just came across this website and found it to be very interesting..it says my site's networth is around $12,500..does that mean i should sell it for that much if i decide to, or what?

Keep in mind that these tools aren't really accurate. For instance, I just ran the tool on a site of mine with a real value of ~$1,500 (based on comparative sales of some of my other sites over the past couple of months) and was returned an inaccurately high value of $4,610.

Exactly - it's just their opinion. But again - it's incorrect, as it's far off the real market price 99% of the time.

topwebcat.com have made me only 12 cents after a year, while toppicturedating.com is making good revenue.

Because it's just a computer algorithm and can't take certain factors into account.

One of those tools ranked one of my old websites at $4,000 and I sold it for about $800. Your actual sale price will vary based upon the type of website/business, etc.

What is your passion? Or just something that interests you. Another good idea is to make it a page all about you, your family and friends, and keep it up to date. That way, your friends/family can go to your site to see updates and whats going on in your life. Add lots of pictures to keep it interesting!
