I took a two second look and can tell you that me and no one else would hand you a credit card number, your design is horrible and you need to revamp the entire website. I dont even know what the product is by the way and most people wont stick around to find out.

My feedback isn't the same as the one ahead of me, but I will say that the design isn't very appealing for a website that would request a credit card.

For one, the first thing that stood out to me is that it's very dark. In contrast, the sites that we're most use to ordering from are much lighter (ie amazon.com). I'm not saying the dark'ness is a deal breaker, but first impressions sets the overall tone.

The logo, nor the picture of the guy in the white tee with the head phones just don't look professional.

I wish I had better comments to lend, but I think a rethink to a much more simple logo and a overall color pallet change will make the site look more professional and appealing to consumers. I think the red is a bit much as well. Just lighten things up and I think that will help wonders.

I wish you the best of luck.

Well one of the things that I would suggest is thinking like your clients. What sort of things would make your experience easier? more fun? more meaningful? Are you following up with them after their purchase? Are you using social media to have large scale conversations with them? How are you reaching out? Who are you reaching out to (Which demographic/audeicen/niche)? You have to take all sides into account. Right?

that led faucet light is cool. I think that the website looks alright, maybe try and get some more expensive products to show that you do a wide range of things.
