    Website Idea

This is just an idea that I don't think has been developed. Im not really interested in developing it, but one of you guys might.

A teen job website. Where employers go and post jobs and teens go and find jobs.

At all the places I have worked with, I noticed that it was difficult to find teens for jobs.

So anyone here can develope the idea. Go and pitch it to people at Mcy D's, Carls Jr, best buy, ect.

That site doesn't seem like its catering to the teen comunity. Throught he search I found one job, and that is at bed bath and beyound.

Someone just has to create the website, go into the store, or email them, and get them to post the job on the site. Market it as THE teen job website.

If you want to see an example to model your site from.... go to www.sjs.org.nz

Thats where NZ students can go to get 1 day(gardening/cleaning) to 1 week (stocktaking/promotions) to ongoing work. Its a really popular site for students over here.

I guess the hardest part would be getting job listings from outside of your city. If you could do that, I guess it would be a good idea.

I considered this idea myself considering but how hard it is to get traction and get the site active would be very costly.

You can hire people to go stores from other city's.

Slap up some ads on it, and make it a free service.

A dedicated person can get the site up for $150, put $5 into fliers, and go post them around in the local shops. Call up, email, or go in and visit store managers. All that would take is some time, effort and maybe some gas.

I don't like how that site is set up. Once you search its wierd. Someone could make a much better one.

Yeah, Great Idea I'm really interested in this idea. We should start up a group and make this happen. You could have 1 or 2 people from Each State and everyone has to try market their website to companies and teens in their state. If anyone is interested in this please PM me and we can make this Happen
