One of my best friends is a model - a real hot one with a massive online following on Facebook. She's appeared in FHM / Maxim -

Me and her together are coming up with an idea, much like already done, to release a member site about her.

Now I want to make it different and unique -

Will have the usual things like - if you sign up for membership, you get to see videos of her, exclusive pics

We will show some adult content also

Any ideas what else we could do to make it really successful and make the guys keep on coming back to it? Forum etc

Well, even if her name might not ring a bell in some/most heads, make her seem like the hottest woman on the planet. make her name graphically outstanding with big bold explosive lettering and page design. use high quality pictures and material to decorate her page with. Create her a celebrity in the minds of your visitors and make them want to participate in this new celebrity.

I'd do a twitter account specific to the website that she chats on + throw in some special offers and other promotions (regarding the site), so that people have a reason to keep checking in and following what's going on.
