    The best way is to use a WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) editor.

    I have used website wizard in the past...for basic websites.

    You can always practice with free websites like geocities and similar. Then of course the What you see is what you get website editors. Personally, I love Microsoft Frontpage, but I have also used Macromedia's Dreamweaver. Good luck.
