Web Developer Needs Web Design Work

Hello,

I'm currently working on a new start up site and have made some basic interfaces. I'm looking for a web designer who will be able to add some great looking effects to a small number of pages. Plus I would be looking for some other design tips on certain parts of the site as well. I'm sure many of you nice people would be able to do a review for me, but I know I need some extra design assistance and so I'm willing to pay for that now.
