We need your constructive criticism for our business idea. Thanks!

We are a young startup with an experimental business initiative to encourage entrepreneurship and venture creation.

Currently, we are gathering feedback before the full implementation of the business.

    The basic idea:

    1. We intend to get 50,000 aspiring entrepreneurs to contribute US$75 initial startup capital to become a co-owner of a single business holding entity.
    2. The business entity will in turn setup operating entities that manage various brick-and-mortar businesses and internet businesses.
    3. Aspiring entrepreneurs will manage real businesses over the internet. The idea make it possible for anyone to become an entrepreneur who own and manage a retail store, an IT firm, a travel agency, a restaurant, a shipping company or any other businesses all at the same time!
    4. A social-networking-style communication platform will be use to allow communication and networking between entrepreneurs and staff.
    5. Through a Vote-Action-Feedback system, entrepreneurs will vote for key business decisions and policies; Operation Manager and staff will carry out these business decisions and a business blog will be updated daily business activities and challenges.
    6. The business will be managed based on a business excellence framework.
    7. The reward:
    a. 100% of the profits will be shared be entrepreneurs.
    b. Sustainable businesses created can be takeover and franchise to the entrepreneurs.
    c. Entrepreneurs will find new business opportunities and business partners in the emerging markets of Asia and internet.
    What makes the idea unique:

    1. Anyone can be an entrepreneur for a small startup contribution.
    2. Entrepreneurs can learn entrepreneurship through ownership, online participation, social networking, decision-making, interacting with business mentors, managing businesses via a business excellence framework and getting explicit business knowledge of various industries.

Visit our website Gogme.biz for more information. Currently, we are getting the pledges of at least 3,000 people before we start the entrepreurial initiative. Pledging is free of charge.

Feel free to give us feedback and criticize our business plan. Contact us through our website if you think you can help us or partner with us.

So you want $3,750,000 for an idea? How much have you collected so far?

Hi Gaulkin, thanks for the feedback. Ownership is an important aspect of entrepreneurship. The $3,750,000 still belong to the entrepreneurs through the business ownership. You can imagine how many business ideas can our asipiring entrepreneurs experiment with such a huge startup capital! First, we will register them to own the business entity through a nominee shareholder agreement. Then after the first year, all the entrepreneurs will be register as business partners through the country's business registrar. They will own a legal cognizable ownership stake.

We just started getting public response for the past two days, we will like some feedback first, before we go all out to promote the entrepreneurial initiative.

I read through your site briefly... I am not sure I understand exactly what you are trying to do. Are you starting an initiative to help teach people about operating business's, through allowing them to own and operate a small part?

Hi Crysco, thanks for visiting our site. You are right, we are letting people to own a business entity together and operating a small part. Entrepreneurs can vote for key business decisions such as staff selection, business strategies, business framework etc. They can also give comments and suggestions on business projects. The operation manager will supervise staff to carry out these decisions. In addition, the operation manager will update daily business activities and challenges faced on the business blog. Progressively, enterepreneurs will know how their collective decisions shaped the business.

Which part of the website is confusing? Do you think we should further simplify the frontpage?

It is very unclear how the program works.

At first it sounds like you are looking for people to buy into a franchise, where they have ownership and operate themselves.

Second sounds like you are asking for individuals to invest small amounts to be a part of a collaborative effort to sponsor individuals to test markets.

I don't think either of these are bad ideas but I'm not sure where you are going with this or how you are going to get there.

You won't find 50K people to do this. And if you do, it wouldn't be 50,000 people I'd want to be in business with. Basically screams out to the broke person who wants to make money and not do much to earn it.
