Ways of making some passive income

Yes, i know you will say stock market, but personally i find it not too tangible and have dealt with it and dont like it too much. It doesn't interest me very much as fun as Cramer makes it it still isnt that fun. I want to make some passive income, because i do have some funds, maybe is very minimal but dont mind sticking to minimal things. Like maybe vending or any ideas you might have. As you figured I am young, 15 years old, so these things maybe arent the most practical ideas, but like I am open to any kind of ideas. I have just around about 7000-10,000 in a fund (dont want to give exact amount) but, its somewhere around there. I am starting to be very interested in real estate but obviously i cant afford anything with the amount i have. Also the things more reasonable are vending, gum machines, etc. Please give me some ideas on what i can buy to make me some passive income. I got interested with websites, like having people visit your site and having links to other sites to make money, but really i cant get a set amount to make. Like I am sure I can buy a good website for around 4k but like i have no idea how much it will leave me a mount it is very abstract. I do own 3 websites, not developed at all they are:
    usepan.com
    xtiphotos.com
    simplexdigital.com
But took some SEO classes and not my thing. I really dont seem to interested. At the moment I am kind of inspired by my uncle which bought 2 vending machines and it sounds fun( not too be amateurish). Like do you have any ideas??

Well If I was you I wouldn't buy website for that much. I mean u can consider website for 3/ 4k as cheap but it's not with your budget. I would rather build some more"professional" website, and spend some money on marketing some good idea. What I mean by that, The key to make money online in this time is to stay focused. Don't plan on having website with all possible products for sale, with some nasty graphics expecting it will sell.
instead, design a niche oriented website selling 1 or two products. focus on sales copy and test it all the time to beat the control. (improve it's effectiveness). Make sure that you get their email adress with name and possibly last name,- it will be your most important asset. - you can earn more on it than on your front products, by up-and cross selling. Developing a long term relationship with your visitors will pay off. Trust me.
Your current websites dont seem to be anyhow professional looking- no offense.
Try wordpress, will be much better, or other cms(easy to maintain and free)
and wordpress designs look very professional.
Hope I helped. Don't spend too much money upfront.
    take care,
    Damien,

If you don't know how to make a website, run a website, or market it effectively. Do not run one.

Another way is to develop an information product.

What do you know a lot about that most people don't?

There is probably a niche out there for you, just list all your interests and you will likely come up with something that not only is fascinating to you, but also can become a profitable source of passive income!

If you are interested in Vending I would go that route.

Personally, I would recommend making money online with websites (this is what I do) but if you have no interest in it I wouldn't recommend it. Honestly, the only thing that's appealing to me is the money.. It's just basically a job.

Early in your career, I would avoid the stock market at all costs.

    Fair enough.

If you are planning for retirement and a 7% rate of return (if you aren't losing money) satisfies you, then stocks would make a good investment... it's better than a savings account afterall, since inflation would be eating your money.

However, if you are young in your life and looking for much better returns on your investments, look to other ventures (small business, real estate, etc)

Okay, first off never spend 4K on a website. In fact, you can launch a 15million biz for less than $200. Do the info product route for now.

    Here's what you do:
#1: Register at the Warrior Forum.
#2: Become a regular poster. Ask questions/answer questions...
#3: check out the Warrior Special Offers area
    #4: Look for what's selling
#5: Google "Free PLR" or "Free Private Label Rights"
#6: Take what is selling in WSO's, rewrite a PLR book in that same niche
#7: Create a sales page based on the PLR sales page (make it better)
#8: Pay $20 and sell your new info product as a WSO for like $14.95 or something.

You can also use places like elance.com or guru.com to have somebody write your book for you.

    Paypal for the merchant acc.

Start with that. You can do this today, and you'll have a hundred +- $$ in your account by the time you wake up in the morning.

    Why do this?
#1: Because it'll show you it works
#2: it'll show you how to do it
#3: You'll get 'the itch' and do it again.
    #4: By the time you're 17 you'll be making 6-7 figures.

Also, and this is a big one: there is no "barrier to entry".

What I mean is you can be anyone with nothing and launch something very cool overnight.

Real estate requires massive pain and suffering. Trust me, sure I made like $57K on my first deal, but I got out after 2 years because it sucked sooooooo hard!

The market is tanking, renters are horrid, and with the Sub Prime market in the toilet the only creative lending you'll find will come from "Hard Money Lenders". This like asking a guy from the Good Fellas gang for a few hundred thou.

Stick with ebooks and info products.

Zero overhead is a very, very good thing.
