Wanted: an inexpensive web site developer

Must know flash, and have a firm grasp of what makes people read on and click through the site. I have examples to emulate.
Must sign NDA. Excellent opportunity for making a stack later this year!

May I ask why you want flash so badly?

I'm going to go with Eric on this one and ask why flash? Flash isn't always appropriate for websites. I use it a lot, but only in areas where I know I won't rely on the search engines for traffic and because the product/service being sold is geared towards tech heads. So, why?

Not using flash as a "feature"

just need logos and a few symbols to "blink", and you are right about flash and search engines, but I need an edgy looking web site geared to ages 20 through 30. Probably 10 pages

I'm starting a new venture and have a "0" budget so far. I have a guy that will get me going for $30. to get me started but not convinced that he can do my new one so cheap.

What I really need is someone that can do a good site based on 2 competitors sites (a composite sort of) so it won't take a lot of planning time, I supply all the copy and photo's. At most it might take a couple of hours to write code. So I'm trying to find someone to do it free with a payout after I open the business based on a quote I can afford later. That make any sense?

The venture is quite a good one with several solid people to help/donate their time already. I realize that I might be asking a lot but it will pay off once I "open the doors".
